Jesus said, “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” (John:15:5) How often do we start our day without asking for God’s help? Often times I forget to pause and ask God to guide me and strengthen me each morning. Many mornings I am gathering the kids to hop on the bus on time !!! After work, I rush them to practice or games! By the end of the day, we say a short prayer and drag to bed. A parent’s life can be extremely busy. When I find time to rest in God and read His Word, I find more strength. I find more wisdom. I find time where I do not have time. Jesus said to “Remain in me.” But then Jesus said….. “and I in YOU.” Jesus is showing us that when we do our part, He will do His part! When we take time to listen to God….God takes time to speak to us. God is love. When you remain in love….. love ❤️ will remain in you and work through you.
